Todoist: SaaS Product Marketing
Analytical and empathetic, as senior product marketing manager of Todoist, I merge creative content creation with hard data and customer research. Armed with both sides of my brain, I lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches — large and small.
Reimagining Todoist’s onboarding experience was top of my list.
I believe stopping users from bouncing can be even more important than getting new users into the funnel. Creating a reader mode for a text-only experience ensured all users got the content they needed in the way that made the most sense to them.
Next up? Keeping users in the know.
I developed solid changelog workflows and robust, timely what’s new campaigns. I also built segmented campaigns, crafted design briefs, and translated complex developer language into benefits-focused copy customers actually care about. Every day brought new problems to puzzle through (and solve).
Spearheading the integrations program allows me to create power users.
Tool connections have the power to get and keep customers. From marketing to developers to get them excited to build integrations to marketing to customers to get them excited about using them, this program made me proud.
Plux, I led our small but mighty UX copy team.
✔️ Translated my adoration of words into crystal-clear microcopy.
✔️ Centered accessibility while building in-app experiences.
✔️ Built an extensive style guide and trained translators.
Long-form content is my bread and butter.
This is the content with my byline — but I’ve written far more product-led content to support my campaigns under the Todoist Team title.
